Big Bend Transit serves a wide range of riders across the Big Bend region through both paratransit and commuter programs.
For individuals who need nonemergency medical transportation or assistance due to disability, age, income, or other barriers, we offer paratransit services through two primary programs: the Medicaid Recipient Program and the Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) Program. If you believe you may qualify for the TD Program, you can complete the Transportation Disadvantaged application here.
For those commuting to work—especially over longer distances—we also offer our Vanpool Program, a cost-effective rideshare option designed for daily commuters across the region.
